An inspiring day of classes helping pupils maintain and develop their dance technique
On 1st August Hazelwood pupils enjoyed a Ballet Masterclass with Mark Allison, Royal Ballet Associate Dance Artist and a Jazz Masterclass with Hannah Francis, International Choreographer and Teacher.
Non-syllabus classes are the perfect way to enhance and broaden knowledge and vocabulary and to build on the strong foundations achieved by weekly RAD & ISTD tuition.
Hannah Francis gave an excellent insight into the jazz style, teaching students about the professional dance techniques required in todays dance industry. Mark Allison’s Ballet Masterclass was inspirational on all levels, providing a delightful combination of new challenges, fresh ideas for strengthening technique and plenty of fun.
