Teacher’s Licentiate Exam Success

Congratulations go to Abigail Waite on passing her ISTD Licentiate Modern teaching qualification with flying colours. Abigail who teaches and choreographs at Hazelwood Dance Studios gained an impressive 189 marks out of 200 in the two and a half hour teaching exam. This Licentiate Modern qualification builds on skills learnt in the initial teaching qualification of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance and evidences higher level syllabus knowledge and teaching skill. Abigail also holds the Licentiate Tap teaching qualification of the ISTD and has already begun studying for her Fellowship qualification in Modern dance.
