What is Pilates?
Pilates promotes balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility & awareness to support efficient & graceful movement. Created by Joseph Pilates nearly a decade ago, it consists of low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements which focus on proper postural alignment.
Fun and friendly classes for beginners
Fun and friendly classes suitable for both men & women of all ages. These are small group classes for beginners using small equipment. Mats & equipment are supplied so just come in suitable clothing that you can move in. Intermediate classes will follow.
Classes are 55 minutes and are £9.50 per session.
Sessions are booked in blocks of 6.
